Move Coordination & Home Transition Concierge

Moving is rarely just about getting belongings from one place to another. It involves decisions, deadlines, vendors, paperwork, packing, preparation, and a hundred small details that can quickly become overwhelming.

I help coordinate the entire transition, from sorting and planning to scheduling movers, organizing services, preparing the home, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks. Whether you are moving across town, downsizing into a smaller home, transitioning to senior living, or helping a loved one from a distance, you do not have to manage it all alone.

I can also help arrange furniture, artwork, and meaningful belongings in the new home so the space feels comfortable, functional, and familiar from the beginning.

Downsizing Support

Downsizing does not have to begin with a moving truck or an immediate deadline.

My downsizing support services help older adults, homeowners, and families make thoughtful decisions about what to keep, donate, sell, gift, or let go of.

We can work through the home one space at a time, creating a manageable plan for sorting and organizing belongings. I can also help coordinate donations, estate sale or resale resources, disposal, and the preparation of meaningful items for family members.

Whether you are preparing for a future move, simplifying your home for aging in place, or helping a parent or loved one, the goal is to reduce overwhelm and create a home that better supports your life now.

Pre-Listing Preparation

Preparing a home for sale is about more than putting a sign in the yard. The right improvements can help buyers see the home’s potential, reduce objections, and position the property to sell for the strongest possible price.

I help homeowners create a practical pre-listing plan based on the home’s condition, the local real estate market, and the amount of time and money available. That may include sorting and removing excess belongings, coordinating repairs, recommending updates, improving curb appeal, arranging professional cleaning, refining furniture placement, and preparing the home for staging, photography, and showings.

Not every home needs a major renovation before it is listed. Together, we can identify which projects are worth doing, which expenses are unlikely to pay off, and what will make the greatest difference to buyers.

Whether you are planning to sell soon or simply wondering what your home may need before going on the market, you can begin with a clear, prioritized plan.

Aging-in-Place Planning

Staying in your home may be possible with the right changes, but the first step is understanding whether the space can continue to support your safety, comfort, and independence.

I help homeowners evaluate how well the home works for everyday life and identify practical improvements using aging-in-place and universal design principles. Recommendations may include better lighting, safer flooring, improved access, grab bars, more functional storage, bathroom modifications, furniture placement, and other changes that reduce fall risks and make the home easier to navigate.

Some concerns may require input from other professionals, such as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, contractor, or accessibility specialist. When appropriate, I can help coordinate those resources so you receive guidance that reflects both the home and the person living in it.

The goal is not to make the home feel clinical. It is to create a safer, more functional environment that still feels like home.

Vendor & Resource Coordination

Finding the right person for every job can be one of the most exhausting parts of a home transition. Repairs, moving, hauling, organizing, cleaning, estate services, accessibility updates, and dozens of smaller tasks can quickly turn into a full-time project.

I help identify and coordinate trusted vendors and community resources based on the needs of the home, the timeline, and the people involved. That may include gathering estimates, helping prioritize services, scheduling appointments, communicating with providers, and keeping the various pieces moving in the right order.

When specialized expertise is needed, I can also help connect you with professionals such as contractors, movers, organizers, estate sale companies, senior placement advisors, physical or occupational therapists, and other local resources.

The goal is to reduce the number of calls you have to make, the details you have to track, and the uncertainty of wondering where to begin.

Design & Home Refresh Guidance

Sometimes a home does not need a full renovation. It simply needs thoughtful changes that make it feel more comfortable, functional, and reflective of the way you live now.

Using my experience as an Interior Designer, I help homeowners evaluate their space and identify practical design updates, which may include furniture placement, paint colors, lighting, window treatments, artwork, storage, finishes, and small improvements that create a more cohesive and inviting home. Guidance can also incorporate universal design principles when comfort, mobility, or accessibility are part of the conversation.

Whether you are refreshing a longtime home, settling into a new space, preparing for a life transition, or trying to make existing furnishings work better, I can help you create a clear design direction and prioritize where your time and budget will have the greatest impact.

Real Estate Guidance

Real estate decisions are rarely just about buying or selling a property. They are often connected to timing, finances, lifestyle, family needs, and the question of what comes next.

As a licensed California real estate agent (DRE#02100796), I help homeowners, older adults, and families understand their options and make informed decisions without pressure. That may include evaluating whether it makes sense to stay, simplify, move, sell, purchase another home, or prepare for a future transition.

When selling is the right path, I can guide you through pricing, preparation, marketing, negotiations, and the full transaction process. If you are purchasing a new home, I can help identify properties that better support your current lifestyle, accessibility needs, location preferences, and long-term plans.

The goal is to give you clear information, practical options, and a trusted real estate professional who understands that the home is only one part of a much bigger decision.

A Practical Partner for Whatever Comes Next

Home transitions are rarely just about the house. They can involve family, finances, belongings, changing needs, difficult decisions, and a long list of practical details.

I work with homeowners, older adults, and families throughout Ventura County as they navigate those decisions with clarity and compassion. My background in interior design, real estate, home preparation, and project coordination allows me to look at the whole picture, whether you are hoping to stay safely in your current home, prepare for a future move, simplify your surroundings, or sell and begin a new chapter.

You do not need to know exactly which service you need before reaching out. We can begin with a conversation about what is happening now, what matters most to you, and what practical next steps may make the process feel more manageable.
